How is the personal plan different from the business plan?
Personal plans target people-search sites and data brokers that publish your name, phone, email, address, and family connections. Business plans target the equivalent sites for owners, officers, and registered agents of a business entity — public records and lead lists where your business identity is exposed.
Do I need a full DocBiz business account?
No. Privacy plans are a separate, limited subscription. After checkout you get a Privacy Portal where you can fill the intake, track removals, manage billing, and contact support — without the full business workspace. If you later need formations, filings, or trusts, you can upgrade from inside the portal.
Can you guarantee every listing is removed?
No. Some listings come from public records that are legally required to remain available, and brokers regularly re-publish data. We submit eligible opt-outs and on Expanded plans we re-search and re-submit when listings reappear, but a 100% guarantee isn't possible.
How fast are removals?
It depends on the broker. Some honor opt-outs within hours, others take weeks. Each removal row in your portal shows the latest status from our team.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel inside your Privacy Portal under Billing — work stops at the end of the current period and services performed are non-refundable.
What about business plans — what does 'per business' mean?
Each business plan covers exactly one business entity. If you own multiple companies, you can subscribe to one plan per business or contact us for a multi-entity quote.
